Authorization under E-Waste Rules, 2011 can be obtained by submitting an application to the appropriate State Pollution Control Board or Pollution Control Committee. Once the application is reviewed and approved, the authorized applicant will receive a certificate of authorization to handle and dispose of e-waste in compliance with the rules.
